Your body is an amazing thing. This talk looks at a tiny part of it: the gut and how the gut gets help from microbes and viruses. We’ll look at how the microbes are involved in immunity and how modern life is disturbing the balance so that staying healthy requires constant vigilance.

The consequences of poorly balanced gut bacteria are numerous and cover most of what people call modern ailments, such as Alzheimer’s, IBS, autism, arthritis, Crohn’s disease, cancer and many more.
